~My Friend Fifi O'Neill's New Book Romantic Praire Style~ And MY Porch Cover~

I think I start out almost everyone of my post with "I'm so excited"  BUT really I am!  My Friend Fifi's new book Romantic Prairie Style is so close to release.  If you haven't already done so...you can pre-order it at Amazon here .  Also you can get a little preview of some of the pictures featured in the book on Fifi's blog post here.  Lots to drool over ladies!  Here is a picture of the cover...

Now for some other news, I would like to give a huge THANK YOU TO  Fifi O'Neill a contributing editor for Country Almanac Magazine,  along with Mark Lohman and Sunday Hendrickson for all their help and support in getting my porch on the cover!  Just arrived on the news stands this week!  I'm so honored and thrilled!  THANK YOU~THANK YOU~THANK YOU!!!  Here is a picture of the cover....

    Dear Kathee ~ Congratulations my friend! That is such exciting news! I just came home from Chapters and saw this magazine but didn't pick it up! Now I'm going to have to head back out 'cause this issue will be a keeper!

    Kathee, it has been a while since we chatted, but I wanted to let you know that I had the priveledge of seeing your space at the Agoura Antique mart on Friday. I walked through the store to see if I could find your spot, and sure enough I found it! As I expected, it looked great! I asked the lady at the counter if it would be alright to take some pics, because if it is alright with you, I would love to do a post about it on my new blog. (the vintage bricoleur.blogspot.com) It sounds like some exciting things are happening with you. Congrats! We would love to see you and Jason again sometime.     hi, your interested in my french bottles? those particular ones are gone, but i have a new improved verion that i'm working on; virtually the same look but jewel encrusted & with a key, picture & spoon handle engraved with various sayings. let me know how many you want & $ dollars worth as they are various sizes from 7 in. - 4in. i can send you a variety or a specific size thank you, Joan

    I saw your blog on Heaven's Walk's sidebar - and the title got me I must admit...I love gardening too :)

    I have met Fifi and Mark as well - they came out to photograph our home for her book...they are two of the nicest people - isn't Mark hilarious? and Fifi is like a dear friend as soon as you meet her -

    How so very awesome your porch is on the cover! You must be thrilled and I look at that magazine quite often...and really have come to like it.
